•  Roll your cares over on God because you're not designed to carry them. Besides, He cares for you. 1 Peter 5:6-7

•  Don't have regrets about the past, because it's covered by the blood of Jesus. Ephesians 1:7-8

•  Don't dread the future, because it's covered by the grace of God.

•  Lay aside all your funky predispositions and submit and surrender to the purposes of God for your life. James 4:7

•  Remember: The devil's defeated. Hebrews 2:14

•  Forgive people in the past and walk in love. Love never fails.

•  Receive forgiveness for all the profound goofiness you've ever moved in.
1 John 1:9

•  Invite God's grace and mercy into every nook and cranny of your life. God's grace: His inclination, ability, and willingness to help you and bless you even though you don't deserve it. Ephesians 2:5-8

•  Reach out and receive something from God that you didn't deserve -- unearned, undeserved favor. Psalm 5:12

•  Look for the blessing of the Lord. Anticipate His goodness. Luke 12:32
